Women’s volleyball defeated LIU Saturday in a Northeast Conference match in Brooklyn.
With the win, FDU concluded the first half of the season standing second in the league.
The Knights travel to Loretto, Pa., to play NEC opponent St. Francis (Pa.) on Saturday, Oct. 22, as they start the second half of the season.
Kylie Knott (10 kills, 2 aces) and Tessa Fisk (7 kills, 4 blocks) led FDU (11-12, 5-2).
The Knights opened a two-match weekend road schedule with a loss against St. Francis Brooklyn Friday night.
