Knights On a Roll: Women’s Volleyball Wins 4th Straight, Beats Saint Peter’s

The Knights obtained yet another 3-0 sweep on Thursday, Sept. 28. This is their fourth sweep in a row, this time against Saint Peter’s. They are now 8-10 overall. 

The Knights led in almost all areas including kills, aces, and digs. Outsider hitter Giorgia Vaschetti banged out an impressive 12 kills, and setter Megan Bushnell fed the offense with a game-high 17 assists. The Knight’s libero Sarah Watts kept the ball alive and play flowing with an outstanding game-high 15 digs.

The Knights have been steamrolling these past few games, and are looking to keep this momentum going for their upcoming NEC match against Saint Francis on Oct. 1.
