Women’s Volleyball Wins Big at Stratis Arena Against Merrimack

On Friday, Sep. 23, The Knights won big at home  in their first NEC match of the season. 

The Knights defeated Merrimack in all three sets of the game  and dominated the board with scores of 25-14, 25-17 and 25-16, respectively. 

With a total of 38 kills from FDU, graduate students Tatijana Fucka and Sofia Rampazzo each led with eight, followed by freshman Kylie Nott with seven and senior Tessa Fisk with five. Both Fisk and sophomore Hannah Schmidt secured two aces each for The Knights. 

The Knights are back in Stratis Arena on Saturday, Sep. 24, and are set to compete against Stonehill.
