The Knights closed out their 7th win of the season on Saturday, Sep. 24, getting yet another 3-0 victory, this time against Stonehill in their second NEC match.
The Knights showed incredible tenacity, leading in both kills and digs. Outside hitter Kylie Nott and right-side hitter MacKenzy Ruggiero secured 11 and 10 kills, respectively.
Both FDU setters made their mark. Hannah Schmidt kept the game flowing with a game-high 11 digs and Megan Bushnell supplied the offense with a game-high 19 assists.
With three back-to-back sweeps, the Knights are looking to keep this momentum going in their next match against Saint Peter’s on Sep. 28.
