Fairleigh Dickinson women’s soccer (8-5-2, 5-2-0 NEC) lost to the Bryant Bulldogs (7-8-0, 5-3-0 NEC) by a score of 1-0 on Sunday, Oct. 17.

The Knights had a great chance six minutes into the first half, with a smooth through-ball played to Aitana Martínez-Montoya, who just barely missed a goal with a shot grazing the bar.

Bryant’s Abbey Rocker scored a goal with 19 minutes left to play off an assist from Catherine Bean, bringing the score to 1-0. With no scoring from FDU, this brought the match to an end.

The Knights will look to get back in action against St. Francis Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York on Oct. 24 at 11 a.m.
