With many New Jerseyans becoming eligible to get vaccinated this past Monday, the expansion of vaccine availability is also increasing, according to Patch.com.
Health commissioner Judith Persichilli said that New Jersey is expanding their vaccine coverage and “encourages more than just frontline essential workers to get vaccinated, Patch.com added.
On Mon., April 19, the vaccination eligibility will further expand as New Jersey residents 16 and older will be able to get vaccinated, according to nj.com.
This follows President Joe Biden’s recent announcement that all adults should be eligible for vaccination by April 19.
With college students eligibility starting soon we can hope to have a mostly in-person fall semester.
