After a “year like no other” students and faculty alike could use a week to help take some of the weight of the past year off their shoulders.
The university sent out an email, urging the FDU community to participate in Stress LESS week, starting March 29.
The Metro Comedy Magic Show headlines the metro campus events for the week with a chance to take a break and laugh live or on Zoom.
The Leave Your Mark event is an opportunity to express yourself through drawing and marking with graffiti and chalk outside behind and in front of the Student Union Building.
Meditation and mindfulness training will be available as well while learning how to navigate life as a college student during COVID-19.

It has been a stressful and rough year for the students, faculty, and staff of Fairleigh Dickinson University because of the COVID-19 pandemic, so here is to stressing less.
