Hackensack Authorities Seek Public Help in Hit-and-Run Collision

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Hackensack Police Department are seeking the public’s help in a fatal hit-and-run. 

On Thursday, March 4, the Hackensack Police Department received a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle on Polifly Road, between Sutton and Marvin Avenues, reports TapInto and Daily Voice

The woman was pronounced dead after. 

Surveillance video and evidence recovered from the area indicates that the victim was struck by a 2014 to 2018 black BMW X5, continued TapInto. 

The suspect vehicle is likely to show signs of damage to the front driver’s side and it is encouraged that the public look out for those, continued TapInto.
