FDU Baseball Adds 17 Recruits for 2020-21

As the coronavirus pandemic is still occurring around the world, recruiting for the FDU sports teams has not stopped as FDU Head Baseball Coach Rob DiToma announced the signing of 17 new recruits on Wednesday, May 20.

The Knights are adding nine pitchers and eight position players for 2020-2021.

Coach DiToma was asked about his new recruits and he said “It’s hard to measure the level of excitement I have for this incoming recruiting class,” said DiToma, who will mark his first year as head coach in June (via FDUKnights.com)

Coach DiToma was asked about his recruiting process and he said “My assistants, Steve Adkins and Ethan Newton, hit the ground running this last year and helped put together a solid group of young men, locally and nationally. Aside from what their baseball talent is, I am equally eager to see their character and academic abilities on display.” (via FDUKnights.com)
