Recipe of the Week: No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bites

This four-ingredient recipe requires no microwave or oven and it is super easy to make! In just five minutes you can create a perfect healthy snack for on-the-go days.

 

Ingredients:

• 1 1⁄2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
• 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup maple syrup

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until combined. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. 2. Remove the bowl from fridge and press mixture

into a ball with your hands, one tablespoon full at a time. Repeat until all the mixture is gone, making about 16 energy balls.

3. Store in refrigerator and enjoy!
